HE brings to remembrance what the word of God teaches; HE comforts us in times of trouble, HE gives to us what we need when we need it.

HE will never call Jesus accursed or use HIS name in vain HE would not mock the work of Christ.
HE provides discernment.

I enjoy the worship found in many Pentacostal circles, but the gifts that are in the church are not all from God, and it is how the tares come in among us. They look like wheat for the harvest, but they are not. They got their spiritual tongue, not from an alone intimate moment with God but a peer group seminar telling them, yeah, you got it now???? The convert, if they are at all, are listening to several tongues at one time as Paul warned against.
If that person sincerely seeks God and HIS gift of tongues, will God not give it to Him? It is a more beautiful moment and validates that they indeed received the HOLY SPIRT and not an imitation that calls God’s enemies as HIS friends and says when someone reveals the truth that it is causing strife. Its only conflict if you are a tare and not wheat, and you are defending a Christ that allows for Paganism in HIS body, which I doubt HE ever does, especially if it keeps his beloved Jewish people from HIM. So yes, that man may not have a problem with Catholics, but God certainly does. Want to lift the veil from their eyes, you need to lift it from yours first.
