The Rod of Asclepius takes its name from the Greek god Asclepius, a deity associated with healing and medicinal arts in Greek mythology. Any dreams or visions would be reported to a priest who would prescribe the appropriate therapy by a process of interpretation. A Berean would investigate a supernatural occurrence, search out its meaning and purpose check it to the word of God; if it fails the test, it will not hold water.
The Israelites provoked God to anger for baking cakes and serving the queen of heaven in Jeremiah’s day (Jeremiah 7:18); the obvious reason is that there were no women in the heavens until God had made them first here in the earth after Adam. God’s queen would bring forth HIS will, and HIS SON was Israel. They could not see their value to HIM and how valuable they would become to us in these last days. Anyone who would place blocks of stumbling in their path would be those who would not be part of the kingdom in the first resurrection.
Instead, they would suffer through the tribulation spoken of Jesus no bruised reed shall HE break (Isaiah 42:3, Matthew 12:20), speaking of those whose hearts really desire to know the truth. Still, because of the lies told by the harlot, they remain confused, and God is not the author of confusion.
The reason is obvious as they represent the Angels who kept the law awaiting the Son of God, the Son of Man.
We treat them here the same way the Devil and the rebellious angels treated the faithful Angels in heaven before being thrown out of heaven.
